Choose the First SKUs from Actual Demand
Start with the vehicles and service jobs your customers actually support, rather than adding every available grade. Separate workshop demand, distributor stock and retail presentation; each can lead to a different first order.
- List target models, model years and recurring service applications.
- Match each application to a product reference for technical review.
- Record the sales channel, expected quantity and pack preference for each SKU.
- Prioritize products supported by identifiable demand and a workable whole-carton order.
Budget Each Product Separately
Private-label orders start from 100 bottles per product, with quantities rounded up to full cartons. Different products cannot be combined to meet the per-product minimum.
An example of the carton rule: a listed reference packed six bottles per carton needs 102 bottles (17 cartons) to reach the 100-bottle starting point. This arithmetic does not establish the MOQ for a new formulation or special pack.
Approve Presentation after the Product Shortlist
For each shortlisted SKU, keep application review, sample feedback and labels and cartons in the same planning record. Packaging consistency helps the range look coherent but is not evidence that fluids can be interchanged.
